I have 4 and a half year experience doing underwriting tasks for Property and Casualty such as new business reservation, data entry, quoting, binding, policy typing and issuance. I am also experienced in doing other related miscellaneous tasks such as invoicing, inspection order, and inspection review. Mode of communication with our clients and underwriters in US is email, using Outlook.
I also have experience working as a customer service representative for chat and email support for an ecommerce website for 1 and a half year. Platform that was being used to communicate with customers is Salesforce. We're required to resolve 8 cases email/chat per hour.
Now I am working as a Risk Analyst. We're analyzing disputes from our CH such as Unauthorized Transaction, Cash non dispense, Billing error, etc. wether a valid dispute or not to prevent the loss of the company.
