For the last 2 years of working in BPO industry, I was able to build a good foundation of skills that can I use for a client based job. For the last 2 years I learned how to handle technical stuffs like computer troubleshooting, network troubleshooting , email configuration, Microsoft office programs, etc. and other than that, being 2 years with the bpo industry I was able to manage to deal with the customers what I consider as a client.
