I’m currently working with Leadheroes and Hireheroes, which are sister companies. At Leadheroes, I’ve been doing cold calling for various insurance campaigns for almost 9 months. I also take on part-time Virtual Assistant tasks. One of my current clients is an insurance agent. My responsibilities include updating client information in CRM systems, handling small tasks like creating business documents, preparing presentations in Google Slides, and organizing files to ensure everything is easily accessible. I also manage his Facebook page, creating and scheduling posts using tools like Canva and ChatGPT for the content.
Before this, I worked as a customer service representative for almost a year, and I also have 3 years of experience in eCommerce, specializing in eBay product listing.
