I started working as a technical support representative for a few months, then I got promoted to a supervisor role / escalations because I was performing well. After a year of working in a call center set up, I d----------- to pursuit a career in marketing since I was a business management major in college.
I am now a marketing specialist by title but with a managerial position role. I am in charge of creating contents for soc med, materials for soc med and internal announcements, designing marketing peripherals for our sales team such as clients giveaways and company profile magazine/brochures. I also assist our HR department for employee engagements and building cultures for the organization.
