I graduated as a teacher, and one of my jobs was as an event coordinator. I am a secretary, and I do field work. Being a secretary, I do a lot of things, such as making timelines and minutes of meetings, assisting clients in filing contracts, sending checklists, sending details to all of the suppliers, and always reminding my manager regarding schedules and other important things that need to be prioritized.
In terms of fieldwork, during prenup, we assist clients like they are artists. On the day of the wedding, I am one of the overall head coordinators, and I always ensure that all things will go smoothly as planned. First, I gathered all the coordinators and gave them a designated task. We have a bride coordinator, a groom coordinator, a bridesmaid and groo-----------n coordinator, a details coordinator, a venue coordinator, and a church coordinator.
I always ensure that all things that are endorsed by us will be followed and applied according to what the client wants. Being an event coordinator is not easy, but all I can say is that it is one of the best because I learned a lot of things that helped me grow as an individual. It also helps me to overcome my fear of socializing with other people who have different statuses in life. It is challenging and tiring work, yet enjoyable.
