Being a team leader enhanced my knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). I also have knowledge in different communication modes such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and the like. I have been with the mortgage industry handling credit supplement that requires a good communication skills for both written and ----------- this field I also have the skill of being detail oriented since all information we input in the client's system must be true and correct. This experience hastened my skill in research since we would need to find legitimate ways to gather information for us to be able to complete a client's request on the credit -----------anization skills and professionalism lead me to finish all tasks I am required to do in a day.
