Third, I became a Subject Matter Expert (SME), I am knowledgeable in all processes of the account by providing a support and assistance to my team and even to my coworkers. I communicated with them through Slack and Microsoft Teams, prior to that I worked as a Customer Representative Service in the same company, and I always provide a quality service to customers. Furthermore, since I am knowledgeable in marketing, I know how to promote and engage to market. I am constantly looking for the innovation of one thing.
