Hello, I am LA, 25, from the Philippines. I am seeking for a job that would clearly fit my skills and might as well that would help me enhance my soft and hard skills. I am very much familiar with the basic software that's mainly used at work such as MS Office, some of Adobe's, etc., also I am very open to learning new platforms and such, as most of my experience were working on BPO Industry as a Customer Service Associate which I did for 3 years and 1 year of being a Training Supervisor in which I was able to develop some of my skills specifically handling customer's and client's concern then giving them the resolution that they needed. So, other than BPO industry I also worked as an ESL Teacher for 2 years, I was teaching foreign students, I even handled students taking IELTS and University English courses. Finally, to summarize everything up I am very willing to discuss businesses (any form), I am very much willing to commit and I would confidently say that I am reliable, you'll get every penny you're paying with the right amount of job I'll get done on time.
