As a Coach L3, I’m task to supervise the Coaches, and oversee the improvement of their teams. A Coach handles at least 15 up to 25 representatives, and as their leader, I make sure that they meet their targets, they understand their goals in the company, and they reach them in accordance to the account and the company’s policies.
