Hi! I’m a licensed Civil Engineer and a licensed Master Plumber with almost 3 years experience working on construction projects, estimating and virtual project support.
Most of my work revolves around quantity takeoffs, material takeoffs, construction estimations, project management, planning/engineering drawings and preparing clean, organized estimate sheets for residential and commercial projects. I regularly work with Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, and Excel to measure areas, check specifications, and pull together the numbers contractors need for bids.
I’ve handled takeoffs for flooring, countertops, doors, trim, and other finishes, as well as general construction scopes.
