I have 8 years of experience in the BPO industry and have worked in a variety of jobs and accounts. I was a Team Leader at my previous employer's Service Delivery department, where I was regularly exposed to a variety of projects and administrative tasks. Aside from monitoring the team's daily work, I've also led a few projects, and I've previously managed a total of more than 60 specialists and 4 SMEs who report to me on the daily activities allocated to them. Aside from coaching, I periodically supervise training classes and conduct quality checks for projects that the team was assigned to.
