I started working in Lamudi way back in 2019. I am hired as one of the account managers, back then we are only 8 in the team and we are handling about-----------clients each. Our tasks include; onboarding, helping our clients with their concerns such as problems in navigating the account, payment concerns, leads concerns and many more. Though we have some workarounds in dealing with the concern of the client, there are still some concerns that are out of our control and that is the time that we will coordinate with the back end informing them of what the client is experiencing, how long they started to encounter the problem and other details that will help them fix the problem. We are also conducting meetings with client physically and virtually to help them be more familiar with their account.
Having that huge number of clients with different concerns, different personalities and different ways of thinking is hard to deal with, but I manage to adjust with that kind of work environment. I have been acknowledge as Account Manager of the Month multiple times because of my performance and got some good feedbacks from our ----------- my 2 years and 9 months stay in Lamudi, I've been an account manager for 1 year and 8 months and earlier last year I've been transferred to a different team which is the Retention Management Team, it is a bit the same of what is the account manager is doing but this position focuses more on renewing and maintaning our clients. On my first 3 months on this position, I have been awarded as an ALPHA Employee of the 2nd Quarter for I was able to exceed my KPIs and targets and being able to adjust in just a short period.
Just like what I stated on my CV, I love communicating with clients, I started working as a service crew in mcdonalds way back in my college days and one of the lesson I learned from working there that I still have with me now is "TLC - Think Like a Customer" for I believe that if you are thinking like your customers you will be able to give them the assistance just what they needed.
