As a licensed professional teacher and M.Ed, I am proficient in computer literacy, communication skills and decision-making. My profession also taught me to work with other groups and teams. This practice my leadership and teamwork. Teaching also taught me to learn from my superior, co-facilitators, students and community in order to relate skills within the needs of the students and improve skills more. There i solve problems and situations through finding solutions by recognizing other’s emotions and ideas. I always start with objectives and make sure to look at the goal at the end of the day and what are the points to improve and work on more.
