As a store manager, I am responsible for seeing the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. I am also monitoring sales performance, stock control, and ------------charge in recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staffs. I also dealing with customer queries and complaints. Overseeing pricing, preparing promotional materials and displays. Ensuring store compliance with regards to store permits, health and safety legislation. Creating business strategies/meeting sales target, including motivating the team.
