I worked in a BPO as a reservation specialist for Hilton Hotels, Customer Service Representative in both Amazon and Healthfirst New York Insurance, and currently as a Sailor Services Crew at Virgin Voyages. I was promoted as a Supervisor who takes Supervisor calls after 4 months of being a CSR and assisted other agents training at Healthfirst. I am currently looking for a job that works back office or not taking calls, I can easily learn the process with enough resources.
