I have extensive experience in student development, recruitment, counseling, and psychological testing through my work as a Student Development Facilitator and Part-time Instructor at DMMA College of Southern Philippines. I am skilled in conducting interviews, interpreting psychological assessments, managing recruitment pipelines, and facilitating training programs and seminars.
