I have been in the customer service/technical support industry for the past 10 years. I started working while I was still in university and was able to tackle both studies and work at the same time. I have excellent proficiency in English both written and verbal. Being a technical support for majority of my career, I am knowledgeable with many tech issues and can also type at 98 wpm. I am able to adjust to different people and environment, and am willing to learn new things outside of my usual job experiences.
