Daryl completed his undergraduate studies with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Marketing Management at Lipa City Colleges. He was a former president of the Lakewood Interact Club sponsored by a local Rotary Club in Muntinlupa City which prioritizes taking action and international understanding through service and leadership opportunities. On top of his active engagements, he was able to finish his undergraduate degree as a consistent dean's lister. In his most recent college stint, he also became the president of the Scholars' League of Lipa City Colleges. He was a working student who was able to balance his career in the BPO industry and school, while staying excellent as a top agent in an Outbound Sales account. He became a successful Supervisor staying true to his craft by gaining insights about different leadership styles. This catapulted him to be named as one of the top supervisors for Q2 of 2024. During his spare time, Daryl loves to binge watch comedy and drama films on Netflix. He loves taking photos when he goes to new places with Instagram-worthy angles, or of himself when he likes his outfit because deep inside, he has always dreamt of becoming a celebrity/influencer (which explains his dump of super curated Instagram feed). After having a good run for 2 years in an Outbound Sales account, Daryl was personally hand-picked to join a premium account about emergency response and assistance to bring his fresh ideas and perspective in increasing sales and saves for the program.
