Hi there, I’m Aina! I currently work as an Accounting Services Consultant for a cloud-based business and property management software company, where I specialize in Accounts Payable. My daily routine involves managing high-volume invoices, handling multi-entity bank reconciliations, and even training the AI tool to make our invoice processing effective and efficient.
Before this, I sharpened my AP skills in the real estate and property management industry, and I also have a solid background in supermarket bookkeeping. Over the years, I’ve become hands-on with a variety of accounting tech, including Vantaca, HOAi, AvidStrongroom, Buildium, and QuickBooks. I'm a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles. I am a quick learner who is able to adapt to new situations and challenges, and also a professional individual with strong problem-solving skills.
