Events
- Making and presentation of event briefing (theme, timeline, purchasing and budget).
- Execution of events based on the event briefing.
- Coordination with the supplier with regards to the quotation, set up and delivery.
- Negotiate and secure permit and making route for motorcade event.
- Ingress and egress of materials needed for the events.
Booth Exhibit
- Coordinates with malls/building leasing department for schedules and processing of necessary permits for egress and ingress of collaterals & booth stand.
- Coordinates with trucking services for ingress and egress of materials.
- Coordinates with the supplier and Supply Chain Department for fabrication, design & delivery
of booth.
- Conduct ocular visit to booth exhibit locations and prepare manning reports to check the sales performance of booth.
Clerical/Administrative
- Monitoring of marketing budget on a weekly and accomplish a report on a monthly basis.
- Maintains effective filing system of documents of marketing.
- Monitors suppliers’ delivery schedules and coordinates status of order.
- Monitors and recommends improvements of site office-route all necessary purchase request for its upkeep.
- Manage distribution and allocation of marketing materials of the three sales channel (flyers, brochure and other marketing collaterals).
- Preparing sales kit and inserts to be used for the Product Knowledge Seminar.
- Compiles press releases of Anuva and other competitors.
- Assist at ingress& egress for the booth set up.
- Accomplishment of post mortem report after the events.
- Receives and send emails, letter and other communications to and from operating departments and sections.
Reports/Analysis
- Weekly Activity Plan
- Budget monitoring for Grand Openhouse and other activities.
- Reproduce sales kit and inserts on a weekly basis.
- Inventory updates collaterals and marketing materials.
- Press release monitoring.
- Distribution of collaterals.
- Competitors research - researching, understanding and learning
other developers new projects.
- Requests payments for suppliers, venues, collaterals & other activities of Marketing Department, Cash Advances for events and Liquidation of cash advances.
