more than six (6) years experience as an executive secretary/admin assistant. Aside from that, I have been a Human Resource Officer for more than five (5) years. With that, I am into payroll management and recruiting. I am highly proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Apps.
My work experiences also include strategic planning, operational planning, organizational diagnosis, policy formulation, establishing procedural and process flow, business troubleshooting, bookeeping, financial analysis, data entry, payroll management,and research. I do value time and efficiency, that is why I always make sure that I finish jobs before/on time. Clients satisfaction is a top priority.
I can work with minimum supervision, willing to be trained and can easily adopt to any
working conditions. I am a fast learner, and can work under time pressure. I do love challenges, and once I commit, I do make sure that I can do the job to the best I can that will satisfy the needs of my clients. I am available more than 30 hours a week and willing to work on weekends.
