Hi! ----------- is my name, but most of my friends call me Nai. I am a detail-oriented, hardworking, and God-fearing individual. I love learning and enjoy helping others as well.
I spent my last semester in college with my on-the-job training at MASCOOP. I was trained to do background checks and financial investigations of potential clients. My task also includes documentation from the initial part of the application to the final release of different types of loans. These tasks along with other Admin tasks became part of my work when I was hired as an Account Officer of the company just after completing the University required hours of on-the-job training.
I’m working as a part-time secretary to a known organization since 2016. I was assigned as a department secretary, team secretary, project secretary, and training secretary. As a general administrative secretary, I 'am responsible for several duties like answering and directing phone calls, organizing documents and paperwork, documenting and tracking projects' finances, preparing and processing project material requisitions, scheduling meetings and training, coordinating with other teams, and assisting managers and tea-----------mbers with their respective projects and tasks.
I make a list of my duties and skills but, I strongly agree that training is a continuous process. A major tool to equip us to be more capable in any task that may be assigned to us.
