After taking a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, I applied to different roles such as production operator, warehouse encoder, and customer/tech support representative until getting promoted as Subject Matter Expert and Team Leader in my previous BPO company. Other than being technically inclined specifically to computers and networking, I always look for a way to improve my skillset regardless of the field that I'm into.
