Started as a support rep and grew into Head of Support, COO, and Funnel Builder. At Legion Beats and Midi Money, I helped independent music artists succeed by managing teams, building funnels, refining marketing systems, and supporting thousands of customers. I played a big role in shaping products, automation, launches, and strategy — and eventually helped Midi Money scale into a white-labeled SaaS agency using GoHighLevel, with over 500 paying users.

I currently serve as Executive Assistant to the founder of Challenging Teenage Sons, supporting operations, outreach, and parent mentorship tools — especially in marketing, copywriting, and systems.
Young Men’s Ultimate Weekend
As Assistant to the Chairman of the Board, I help manage logistics, messaging, and onboarding for a transformational rites of passage program in the SF Bay Area. I also support content creation and parent outreach for related workshops.Side Quests
As a side project with the CEO of Legion Beats, I explored launching an automation service for small and medium-sized businesses using GoHighLevel. I built booking systems, chat automations, and AI tools like auto-responders and review replies. I also helped a family business set up an all-in-one platform to manage clients and communication, designing and testing live chat widgets, calendar flows, and automated follow-ups to streamline their operations.
WeCapture
As a side venture with the CEO of Legion Beats, I helped run a white-labeled GoHighLevel agency that supported 14 dental clinics. I created subaccounts, wrote business descriptions, built keyword strategies, added attributes, integrated social profiles, scheduled Google posts, and implemented AI-driven review replies across star levels.
Customer Support & Early Experience
Before all this, I spent 6 years in the BPO world (Telus International and Convergys), moving up to Sales Supervisor before going freelance. I learned how to lead, listen, and solve problems — fast.
