I am Mark Angelo C. Elguerra, a civil engineering technology graduate from the Technological University of the Philippines-Manila last 2008.
For the past years, I have worked with multiple companies experience in projects like corporate office, commercial, and residential. I have diversified experience in the architectural and interior offices of DVD Architects, Emesae Design Corporation, Goudie Associates Manila, Hurray Design (formerly Heim Interiors), and A+C Architects, in which I gain experience in 3D Visualization, CAD detailing, and documentation.
As a CAD designer, I'm responsible for creating architectural working drawings, joinery details, perspective, and other required documents for applying for permits for PEZA, Local government units, Building admin., or as requested by Clients, landlords, and Contractors. I visit job sites to gather as-built measurements, perform ocular inspections, and attend coordination meetings with other consultants such as Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary, Structural, and third-party vendors/ suppliers.
I have worked as well as a Freelancer CAD designer, I've aided architects and interior designers on their projects from the planning stage through the construction phase.
I am skilled in the use of AUTOCAD software to produce drawings for documentation, the ADOBE PHOTOSHOP software for colored plans and photo processing, and SKETCHUP VRAY/LUMION 12 for visualization and 360-degree presentations.
