I have been a Customer Service Representative in different BPO companies here on Philippines for two years. And my skills that I have learned on my previous jobs are multitasking, adherence to tasks and deadlines that I am assigned, making a formal emails to the customer, initiative and accountable on my tasks, how to utilize our tools and resources to assist the customers need and provide them with the best resolution that will make their day awesome. Which I think will definitely a big help for us to make your business successful. And aside from that, I am also studying online courses that will help me grow as a Virtual Assistant.
