Hello! My name is ----------- ----------- -----------. I'm a proud mother of two grown children and currently an empty nester. I also have a sweet 5-year-old dachshund named Kisses who keeps me company!
With 17 wonderful years in the BPO industry, I’ve had the pleasure of taking on a variety of roles—everything from Customer Service Representative to Technical Support, and even Complaints Manager. Each of these experiences has equipped me with unique insights and skills that I believe make me a great fit for the position I'm applying for.
Before I ventured into the BPO world, I was a classroom teacher, and that background has been incredibly valuable. Working in educational environments helped me develop essential skills that serve me well in both people-oriented and task-focused settings.
One of the best parts of my journey has been interacting with people from all walks of life. These experiences have taught me the importance of understanding the core values that foster positive interactions. My focus, self-motivation, and keen attention to detail have always been at the forefront of my work.
Recently, I had the pleasure of working as a Short-Term Rental Property Manager, where my main goal was to ensure guests had the best experience possible. I truly believe in going the extra mile to resolve any issues, allowing homeowners to relax and trust that their properties are in good hands.
In addition to my qualifications, I bring valuable experience from managing six vacation rental properties. I'm quite familiar with platforms like VRBO and Airbnb, and I love creating eye-catching listings with stunning photos and engaging descriptions to help these properties shine!
I’m also quite adept at using tools like WhatsApp, Turno, Asana, Hospitable, Hostaway, PriceLabs, Trello, Blinks, Dialpad, Lorex, Schlage, AirDna, Google Workspace, and Canva.
In my free time, you’ll often find me glued to DIY and home improvement shows, or exploring tiny house and motor home conversion projects.
Looking ahead, my dream is to master the ins and outs of being a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. I aspire to become a go-to resource for future VAs, and I’d love to be known as someone folks can turn to for assistance in this field. I recently wrapped up creating a new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) at work, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the process!
