Hello, my name is Aileen Rosales. A licensed teacher but worked for almost 10 years as a financial analyst in Manulife Financial, an insurance company where we cater clients from US.
I graduated way back May 2013 from Polytechnic University of the Philippines as a cum laude. Then, I started off my career 9 years ago as a registry analyst where we input client's data or information in a database. After a year, I got promoted as case manager where we mainly assist other teams who process insurance but mainly became Underwriter's assistant in obtaining medical records/history and ordering labs and searches for the client. Afterwards, 3 years later I got promoted again and became a senior replacements analyst where we handle inbound and outbound calls. We basically received a call from the client for the status of their insurance and we call out external insurance to get the 1035 funds or money from their company to our company.
