I studied college majoring in BS Accountancy for two years but had to stop due to financial problems. It led me to pursuing a job career in the BPO Industry. I have almost two years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, I handled two international voice account. Both of them are Telco US Based companies. During my tenure, I acquired knowledge that can be relevant to being a Virtual Assistant. I am skilled in some tools such as Google Calendar, Google Mail, Slack, CRM, Salesforce and etc. My two years of working as a Customer Service Representative has made me skilled in the area of multitasking, time management, flexibility and interpersonal skills.
Additionally, I have a short experience working as a Outbound Sales Representative for a Gaming Account. My main job responsibilities requires me to call VIP Clients and introduce them to our monthly sweepstakes. We would have a hundred and fifty quotas of calls everyday, and if the client is unable to reach, we reach out to them through email. While I was in training, we were introduced to a lot of games, I was assigned to three, and in order to get to know the game more deeply, we play the game and familiarize with it. It is crucial to master the game because it will help build relationship with the clients. A lot of the clients that I talked to, shared different opinions about our games, and most of the time, I try to relate to them and acknowledge their feedbacks, and in doing that, I built a strong customer relationship foundation.
