Collaborating closely with content creators, hosts, and production teams, I make sure that each episode is top-notch and keeps listeners engaged from start to finish.
Team Management: Collaboration is key, and I absolutely thrive in bringing teams together. As a Project Manager, I excel at coordinating tasks, setting clear objectives, and ensuring everyone is on the same page. I believe in motivating my tea-----------mbers to deliver their best work by providing guidance and support. Building a positive and cohesive work environment is something I always strive for. (I use Trello & Asana for project management, I'm very flexible so any software or tool works for me)
