Maria here, 30 natives of the Philippines. I would love to describe myself with my favorite fruit.
Cherries. Just like cherries, as my favorite fruit, I am vivid, with strong interpersonal skills, and deep comprehension of details. I may be shy sometimes, but my thoughts and capabilities are reserved. I don't talk much about my feelings to everyone. I prefer surrendering it all to the Lord, always. For I know, He is with me, I choose to live with Him, that no matter what happened He is always there protecting my whole being at all costs. I am lovely to those who feel comfortable with me. My loyalty is never questioned by my friends and partners. I also have an easygoing nature and aren’t bothered much if things don’t go my way.

Passion, Compassion & Self-Confidence. Because I do believe that being passionate about customer service and focusing on compassion with your client and colleagues are the greatest strengths to have as an individual to stand out independently.

Being an Introvert, Competitive, Perfectionism. I have to be honest, nobody is perfect. You have to go along your strengths with your weaknesses, because, Why not? We have to learn to accept our weaknesses so that we will not overshadow our strengths because I do believe it plays a central role in your personal and professional success.

Strong Conversational Skills. As I believe, for the last 13 years I learned that this is a skillset foundation to SUCCESS! May it is between you and your husband, your parents, colleagues, people you interact with, or your client and your customer it is a must to NOTICE and LISTEN deeply to every detail of every conversation you have and the ----------- that case, you are able to quantify results and progress that lead you to take action to find remedies for mistakes. Then you can build your own success.
Stress Management. Based on my experience, in my personal life, and as an employee, I learned to master this skill every day until today. Because if a person knows how to handle stress and how to put it in place, they can have with you the other skills to become effective. You will know how to: Communicate appropriately. Handle great Team. Think of a solution to solve a problem. Think positive during a crisis. Assess Facts that will result in positive decision-making. And of course, you will know how to make an organization improve and make it profitable.
Technical Skills. For me, you have to master fundamental skills and soft skills in order for you to see your passion. If you know already your passion, for example ''Customer Service Satisfaction'', you have to start thinking about how to satisfy them. Will you go on the extra mile to become one? Because in my case, I will, at any cost.
Hobbies can give you a newfound purpose in life...
Singing. As for me has a healing power that can literally help me get out of my head, and give me the motivation I need to re-engage with the world.
