I currently have an aesthetic clinic where I am in charge of all social media management, marketing, advertising, and PR. I used to be an admin staff at a local medical and dental clinic where my responsibilities included appointment setting for existing and new patients, preparing medical and dental records, answering inquiries through social media platforms, SMS, and calls, social media management, and arrange transportation and accommodation for the doctors.
