I am confident enough to that I should be considered over any other applicants because of my professional and personal qualities. As a professional, I am a great team player especially when given the chance to lead projects and tasks. I always look for the most efficient way on how to get the job done with great qualities. I am a great listener and I always try to give my insights and inputs for the betterment not just of the work but for everyone I work with. And even after work hours, I am very fun to talk and bond with. Having four (4) years of experience in training and development as a grade school and high school teacher equipped me with different professional and personal skills and abilities that prepared me for this big transition in my career. If given the chance, I will do my best to meet the mission, vision, and goals of this institution for the further holistic development of myself and this institution.
