As a Loan Processor and Broker Assistant at the same time, I process Loan Application which is from the Australian Mortgage Firms. I am working with the Brokers to submit Applications of the client to the Bank/Lender which is suitable to them that offers better rate on their Loan Applications. I help Brokers to collect Supporting documents and necessary details that is needed on the loan applications. I also contact Banks to ask for the statuses of the Loan Applications. I also update the client regarding the transaction and other matters related to the Mortgage Loan.
