I am an experienced customer service representative on Shopify e commerce platform and I've handled emails, phones, and chats throughout my employment. Data entry is one of my skills. I also have handled a Microsoft account before and my knowledge regarding this industry is vast. I have been in the customer service industry for 4 years now.
