Im a former seafarer and working in a cruise ship and being surrounded by different nationalities from around the world taught me how to discipline myself so that I can properly perform my role as an employee. And as a member of Food and Beverage team, I would say that communication is such huge thing that we need to break so that you can give your best by providing the needs of your guests. And having a good conversation both guests and your co-workers leads us to a smooth and great flow of operation.
