I've been in a Call Center industry for more than 5 years. I'm a travel consultant expert and a customer service representative. I'm an expert in managing my team, providing and sharing ideas that can be very helpful by taking calls and providing good excellent customer service, I also provide feedbacks because I want to make sure that the information that I shared from our discussion and coaching there is a good impact and improvement. I also have a lot of certificates and awards in BPO like the best team leader, best performer and always in a top score ranking. I want to explore another opportunities in to my life and I am ready to face another challenges and can develop new learnings and skills. I want to use my skills to this new opportunities. Responsibilities are my top priority like managing the schedule, coordinating teams, handling correspondences, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed. I can work independently and be comfortable using various software and communication tools. I am flexible in terms of my task and work daily needs.
