I have working experience in Healthcare Medical Provider Services. Assisting Providers by giving an accurate information such as Eligibility, Benefits, Auth Status, Appeal Status and handling Claims. I supported a team as well on my work place on their training days and doing escalations and process management. Worked and played as one of the Team POC and Inventory Sweepers for all the pend tickets so we can analyze if its valid to route in our internal team. I don't have any VA experience yet, but I am detail oriented, flexible, adaptable, easy to deal with and passionate.
