My current job position is Technology Consultant 2, with almost 4 years of experience in the field.
To sum it up, I am tasked and been handled;
- Admin tasks (maintaining the applications that we support such as access management and the likes).
- As Application SME and Knowledge Manager, I am tasked for a deep understanding of new applications that my team is about to support.
- As a QA Tester, I am assigned to detect bugs and defects of any application using ALM.
- I have a fundamental knowledge in Web Development, focusing on Laravel framework.
- I have fundamental knowledge in RPA Development, focusing on WinAutomation.
- As Integration SME, I am assigned to maintain and troubleshoot issues occurred in our integration space between multiple applications, with minimum knowledge about SAP and AWS.
- I held Level 1, Level 2, and currently a Team Leader role during my tenure. Doing people management tasks.
- I am knowledgeable with ticketing handling (request, i-----------, problem record, change record and etc.) focusing on ServiceNow platform.
- As part of my role, I am expected to troubleshoot and resolve any issues reported by our users by all means it could be via email, chat or calls.
- I mainly use email and chat as means to communicate with my peers and clients.
