I've worked in a call center (healthcare account), taking in calls from USA. I've also worked in a cybersecurity company and became a technical support engineer providing IT assistance to different customers across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America.
Afterwards, I transferred to a Network Services company where I am a Pre-sales Network Engineer providing designs and plans of different Network infrastructures, systems, and architectures to different financial institutions such as banks and insurance companies.
As of now, I am currently working as a Tech Consultant that is providing application support, services, and maintenance for a well-known international company that specializes in in a wide range of personal health/consumer health, personal care and hygiene products; these products are organized into several segments including beauty; grooming; health care; fabric and home care; and baby, feminine, and family care.
