I am an outgoing person and a sociable individual that is why interacting/ talking to other people is never a problem for me. I also consider myself a fast learner, can work on a minimal supervision and also eager to learn new things because I believe that continuous learning is like feeding our brain with new ideas and at the same time gaining new experiences.
When it comes to my working experiences, I worked in a BPO industry back then for 3 years in a credit reporting agency as a Mortgage processor our daily task are both inbound and outbound calls, in which we are doing a three way call with the loan officer, borrower and along with their creditors, as part of their underwriting process in getting a new loan, we cater email inquiries as well from the loan officers.
Recently,
I entered virtual world and doing some freelance job like data entry where I am converting pdf files into google sheets. I worked as an insurance lead caller as well, in where we need to call a potential customer for the first time to gauge their interest in buying an insurance plan, explaining the advantages of having an insurance.
