I have been part of the BPO/ITO industry for 13 years with experience in technical support, customer service and quality assurance posts. I have a proven track record of success in quality assurance. My responsibilities were creating reports and presenting findings to management. I was in charge of regularly performing qualityassurance audits for calls and emails. Besides coaching, I was also responsible for quality assurance training for both IT Helpdesks and Supervisors.
I recently began working as a VA/Facebook Ads Specialist. Although this is very different from what I have been doing for a while, I know I should take on this challenge to broaden my knowledge, gain experience, and push my limits. I want to have the opportunity to take on more skills or expand the ones I already have.
I've been working remotely for the past eight years because my prior manager, supervisor, and agents were all based in the US. I firmly feel that my experience working remotely has significantly boosted my productivity and performance, with my attention to detail, digital competence, communication skills, and task management abilities, I can be confident that nothing will get in the way of me completing my tasks with these attributes.
