I have various BPO work experiences. I have been a copy editor, a call center representative and a research analyst. These jobs offered trainings that developed my skills accordingly in different areas such as in communication, research, customer service, and ----------- addition, I have worked at a Finance Corporation where I processed costumer's loan application and did counseling on customers with delinquent credit accounts. Moreover, I have been a government staff under Treasurer's office where I recorded incoming and outgoing disbursement transactions. Later on, I was transferred to Accounting office and performed different administrative works. With all these work backgrounds, surely, I can provide and produce good quality outputs as I am acquainted with the fundamental skills and knowledge that this job demands.
