i worked in BPO industry since 2021 . my first job in BPO is Amazon -----------s an Inbound call, we answer call from customer who have an issue or concern to their items that they order like asking where is the items ? The product is damage and etc. Because this acct was seasonal after 3 months we already completed the contract.
My second job in BPO is Telco acct. I worked for 1year in this -----------s also an inbound call. When the customer having an issue with there device, we do troubleshooting.
And now i worked in Pest control -----------s an inbound and outband calls.
