Professionally, I have a strong background in Reports/Analytical Reporting/use of Microsoft Office as well as customer service. Though I completed my studies in the medical field as a nurse at Southeast Asian College formerly known as United Doctors Medical Center, I embarked on a journey in BPO Industry. Over the past 15 years, I've had the privilege of working with lots of people with different personalities on various projects that have sharpened my skills and broadened my perspective.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply passionate about being a General Virtual Assistant and anything that will help my clients in their business. It fuels my curiosity and ignites my creativity. Whether it's admin tasks or report-related work, I find immense joy and fulfillment in exploring new horizons and pushing the boundaries of my knowledge.
