I provide technical assistance on Human Resource Development strategies which include development of various learning and development interventions, needs analysis, strategic planning and policy making. I also do researches to support abovementioned activities. Further, I'm a parttime university professor teaching professional education and specialized subjects such as Curriculum Development, Technical Writing and Guidance and Counseling.
