Collaborate closely with the clinical and insurance verification teams to validate payer-specific referral requirements and ensure timely processing. Maintain and update referral forms consistently, providing regular status reports to supervisors.
Demonstrate strong involvement in the patient intake process by supporting accurate data collection, coordination, and documentation. Assist supervisors with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed. Uphold strict confidentiality of patient and prospect information in accordance with privacy regulations.
