I describe myself as an Experienced and Self motivated manager. I bring forth 9 years of total BPO experience partnering with companies such as Amazon and Newell Brands.
I have a proven track record in building programs from scratch and scaling it further. With
my previous program, I started it with 30 agents, and now we are at 350 FTEs hitting KPIs and providing a return to investment to our clients and stakeholders. I am a strong team player with a service oriented mindset leveraging from my experience with ecommerce giants such as Amazon which are all consumer centric companies. These companies that I’ve partnered with in the past are also high pressure environments that strengthened my leadership skills and qualities and a valuable experience that helped me to become who I am today.
I'm a person that can organize, monitor and improve relationships with stakeholders from clients down to team leaders and agents. I describe myself as a self starter, I can drive actions or projects even with a minimum level of support.

I am very adaptable to pace and change.
