I'm a Bachelors Degree under Tourism Management, I worked as a Travel consultant for 5 years catering customers from US going to different parts of the world. With this , it helped me to excel in customer service and enhance my communication skills verbally and Non-verbally.
I was promoted as a Team Leader afterwards, My daily job is monitoring performance of my team/employee , Data Analysis, Coaching/ Training if needed and Manage Files.
With this experiences I can say that I'm good at managing my time and good at dealing with different type of people. Furthermore, I can say that I can adapt to any environment I'm in.
