I am currently employed and looking for a part time job online. My current job involves CRM which uses salesforce. Specifically I do account creation for customers who wanted to signup for our -----------om performing credit check and data entry to our ordering tools. My main job is to actually process the sales leads in salesforce, and if there are offers that are not valid I coordinate it to our sales team to negotiate with the customer and modify the sales lead.
I have been doing this job for almost 8 years now. But I have also a wide experience working in a BPO industry as Technical Support Specialist and Customer Service Specialist. I am highly trained to support Telecommunications services, for Internet; TV; Home Phone and Satellite Services. I am also trained for both Copper and Fibre Technology.
I also attended trainings to improve my skills and ethics towards my job. I also attended OJT as a Human Resources Associate in Teleperformance Philippines.
